Carmela De Luca is Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Groupe Immobilier Luxor Inc. and is also a member of its Board of Directors. Ms. De Luca worked at Bell Canada and BCE Inc. group of Companies (Bell), as well as at Bell Canada International Inc. Prior to Bell, she worked at the private law firm of Grey, Casgrain. Ms. De Luca received a Bachelor of Law degree from Université du Québec à Montréal, a Certificate of Proficiency in French from McGill University and a Bachelor of Political Science from Concordia University.
